**Job Description**

As a Millwright, you will be responsible for designing, installing, fabricating, repairing, inspecting, testing, calibrating, adjusting, maintaining, modifying, constructing, cleaning, servicing, and lubricating machines, equipment, electrical controls, structures, and facilities. Your role will involve diagnosing and correcting problems, eliminating wastes and failures, interpreting mechanical, hydraulic, and civil drawings and schematics, and interfacing with design and engineering personnel to ensure efficient installations and repairs. You will also train apprentices in all aspects of job functions and interpret specification sheets and technical literature for mechanical and hydraulic components.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems, valves, and steam systems.

+ Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain filtering systems.

+ Perform pipefitting and fabricate parts as needed.

+ Cut, weld, braze, and fabricate tools, materials, and equipment.

+ Maintain and rebuild pumps, install new equipment, and maintain various pieces of equipment including furnaces, forging equipment, band saws, large presses, cranes, trim presses, filtering systems, boilers, fan units, pumps, and occasionally CNC machines.

+ Read hydraulic prints and symbols and perform lockout tagout procedures.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Experience in installation and welding.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or possession of a journeyman's card.

+ High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Industrial background in maintenance is required.

+ Open to all shifts due to union requirements.

The site spans 120+ acres with multiple buildings, providing opportunities to work across different locations. Collaborate with a team of 55 employees in the maintenance department across all shifts. Employees are provided with uniforms and have the flexibility to train on the first shift before moving to the second or third shifts.

The pay range for this position is $74401.60 - $74401.60/yr.
