The **Senior Project Manager, Engineering** will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery. They will lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress against project plans, and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize delays. The Senior Project Manager will also evaluate and approve significant changes to project scope, budget, or timelines, while maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality service and successful outcomes. This is a remote position open to candidates located in the U.S. Central or Eastern Time Zones.

**What you will do:**

**Lead Product Transfer projects and Manufacturing site support projects while tightly managing project spend on capital & expense budgets.**

**Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and appropriately managing project risk and liaise with broader Product Transfer team on common issues and resolutions.**

**Assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.**

**Responsible to the project stakeholders for delivering a projects objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.**

**Define and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule.**

**Ownership for managing and reporting project progress.**

**Work closely with the cross functional team to drive successful project implementation.**

**Actively engage with Manufacturing Operations to evaluate existing process layouts in terms of new process integration, ensuring best utilization of floor space, minimized handling and optimum process flow.**

**Participate in the selection, training and performance appraisal process of project resources, including temporary contract SMEs as required.**

**Establishment of priorities, imparting a sense of urgency and importance to the team while using project management tools and techniques to support the delivery of new products per cost and time commit.**

**What You Need:**

**Required:**

+ Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline

+ 6+ years relevant experience in a technical or project management role

+ Excellent Interpersonal Skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

+ Excellent analytical skills, ability to plan, organize and implement concurrent tasks

+ Demonstrated ability to define project risk and to effectively manage project risks

**Preferred Qualifications:**

**Experience of GD&T, Process mapping, statistical methods and process/ product validations**

+ Experience in an FDA regulated or regulated industry

+ Demonstrated Leadership, Project Management and Engineering experience in in a regulated environment

$ **87,600** - $ **186,700** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
