Carpenter (Prevailing Wage)**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in constructing pre-engineered buildings. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including metal framing, installing doors and door hardware, and applying metal trim. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
**Responsibilities**
+ Construct pre-engineered buildings.
+ Perform metal framing and install doors and door hardware.
+ Apply metal trim and work with mahogany decking and custom cedar railing.
+ Conduct framing, sheetrock installation, and precise cutting and measuring.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 5 years of residential carpentry experience.
+ Proficient in framing, drywall, and constructing pre-engineered buildings.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Strong skills in metal framing and finish carpentry.
+ OSHA 30 + 10 HR SST certification.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in hardware installation.
+ Possess all necessary hand and power tools for tasks.

The pay range for this position is $51.13 - $51.13/hr.
