SAP TM Architect - Associate Director - 65023031

About the role**

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP TM Architect with 18 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tndrng SAP TM-Freight Cost Mgmt & Settle and SAP TM-Transportation Planning. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on optimizing our transportation management processes ,you will make an impact by leading the testing efforts for SAP Industry Solutions ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes. You will be a valued member of the SAP Testing team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and development teams.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead the design and implementation of SAP TM solutions to enhance transportation management processes.

+ Oversee the integration of SAP TM modules ensuring seamless operation and data flow.

+ Provide expert guidance on SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tndrng to optimize subcontracting processes.

+ Develop strategies for effective SAP TM-Freight Cost Mgmt&Settle to manage and settle freight costs efficiently.

+ Implement SAP TM-Transportation Planning solutions to improve transportation planning and execution.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP TM solutions with business objectives.

+ Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP TM.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP TM implementations.

+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of SAP TM solutions recommending improvements as needed.

+ Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP TM functionalities.

+ Support the development of business cases for SAP TM enhancements and upgrades.

+ Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of transportation management processes through innovative SAP TM solutions.

**What you need to have to be considered**

+ Strong technical skills in SAP Industry Solutions Testing

+ Expertise in SAP ISU Manual Testing

+ Extensive experience in SAP IS-Utilities Testing

+ Proficiency in Metering Management

+ Strong knowledge in Pricing Management-Retail

+ Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing and Supply Chain with a good understanding of Finance & Accounting.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

+ Show proficiency in translating complex business requirements into effective SAP TM solutions.

+ Have a proven track record of successful SAP TM implementations and optimizations.

**Salary and Other Compensation**

The annual salary for this position is between $156,500 - $183,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
