General Laborer

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform manual sorting of corn to eliminate rogue ears, stalks, husks, and trash.

+ Discard waste in chutes and manage corn ears on the reclaim conveyor.

+ Sweep and clean the area at the end of each workday.

+ Stage seed for shipment in the warehouse.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to safely perform duties in a timely manner while maintaining seed quality.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Capability to adjust to changing conditions and anticipate needs.

+ Exceptional attendance and reliability.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

+ Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds and work on uneven surfaces.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Ability to pass compliance checks and other pre-employment screenings.

+ Reliable transportation to the work site.

+ Enthusiasm, good attitude, honesty, and a willingness to treat all with respect.

**Additional Information**

+ $19 - $22/hr based on shift worked

+ Weekly pay + benefits on day 1 (medical/dental/vision)

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
