ASSA ABLOY is looking to add a Project Coordinator for our Rite Door and Rite Slide brands. This role will be 100% onsite out of our Grand Canyon regional manufacturing facility or Service Center located in Phoenix, Arizona.

What would you do as our Project Coordinator?
You will act as the go-to liaison across departments fielding customer questions, coordinating orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring documentation is accurate and completed timely for our Rite Door and Rite Slide brands.

You will also:

  • Perform a wide range of customer service activities, including phone and email support.
  • Coordinate with production departments and suppliers to provide timely and accurate order updates.
  • Support outbound shipment coordination with local Service Centers.
  • Prepare quotations based on customer take-offs and ensure entry into TrackPoint via DSS sales offices.
  • Handle accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Prepare closeout documentation packages (such as warranty letters, maintenance manuals, etc.) and compile submittal packages with construction documents.
  • Help resolve discrepancies and maintain proactive customer communication.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct

The skills and experience you need:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required with the ability to create formulas, conduct basic cell referencing, and pivot tables.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Previous experience in commercial construction or building materials such as doors, frames, hardware, or related industries would be a plus.
  • Previous exposure and/familiarity with estimating, preparing take-offs, or order management software platforms preferred.
