Senior Project Manager - Tupleo, MS

This position involves managing projects for industrial and commercial clients, including planning and feasibility studies for one or multiple projects of various sizes. The role serves as the primary contact with clients, promoting quality services and fostering positive relationships. Responsibilities also include managing direct-hire construction and subcontracting, leading technical, cost, scheduling, and performance decisions, and overseeing field construction during project implementation.

• Proven track record of organizing project teams to accomplish project goals.
• Effective negotiation and contract management skills.
• Well-rounded knowledge in construction disciplines.
• 10 years of industrial construction management experience managing multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with medium to large projects ($25-50M+).
• B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.69/hr.
