Project Manager/Estimator
Job Description

The Project Manager/Estimator is entrusted with the strategic leadership and oversight of all project management and estimating functions. This role ensures that project bidding, estimating, and execution align with company profitability goals and project delivery expectations. The individual will be pivotal in managing workload distribution, project performance, and overall operational efficiency, while serving on the senior leadership team to directly contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all project management and estimating functions.
  • Ensure project bidding, estimating, and execution meet profitability goals and delivery expectations.
  • Manage workload distribution and monitor project performance.
  • Contribute to shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company.
  • Serve on the senior leadership team.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating.
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in estimating and project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Heavy Bid.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with concrete construction and masonry.
  • Understanding of commercial construction project dynamics.
Work Environment

The role requires daily presence in the office with occasional visits to sites for bid meetings. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.70/hr.
