Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled Concrete Finishers and General Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in formwork and flatwork finishing, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow directions to meet our high standards. Responsibilities:
Perform formwork and flatwork finishing on concrete surfaces, ensuring the highest quality of work.
Prepare and set up concrete forms as directed by the foreman or supervisor.
Assist with the placement, finishing, and curing of concrete.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for concrete work.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Take direction from foreman and supervisors to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
Transport materials and assist with other general labor tasks as needed.
For Concrete Finishers, finish concrete to company standards and specifications.

Requirements:
Previous experience in formwork and flatwork finishing is required.
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive to job sites or meet the foreman for a ride.
Ability to take direction and work well within a team.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous work.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
A strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

General Laborer Role:
