Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to evening and after-hours maintenance service requests in residence halls and related facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain clean and organized workspaces; safely use and store tools and equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with event setups, furniture movement, and facility readiness as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and support student or temporary employees during assigned shifts.

Monitor and replenish maintenance supply inventory.

Performs routine maintenance and simple repair of cleaning equipment, golf carts and Residence Life vehicles
Duties & Responsibilities
Performs various building maintenance tasks including fixing broken windows and doors, changing fuses, and spot painting; Performs routine plumbing maintenance and repair.
Duties & Responsibilities
Performs various custodial tasks including emptying trash cans, cleaning air conditioning filters, exterminating insects, and changing light bulbs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Document maintenance activities and report unresolved issues for follow-up.
