What You'll Do :

Uphold safety and organization in the workplace.

Master complex setups on various CNC machines with efficiency and accuracy.

Layout components to ensure stock adequacy and machinability.

Expertly operate CNC machinery to fabricate parts with exactitude.

Enhance CNC programs to improve accuracy and output.

Utilize strong mathematical skills for precise calculations of dimensions.

Employ precise inspection tools for quality assurance.

Your Toolkit :

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

Journeyman Machinist or Tool & Die Maker certification recognized by PA State.

Physical examination clearance.

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, with knowledge of G and M codes preferred.

Expectations for Physical Requirements :

The responsibilities involve extensive physical activity, such as :

Standing, movement, and handling heavy loads for prolonged periods.

Material / equipment lifting up to 70 pounds.

Precision motor and visual capabilities for inspection tasks.
