As we expand, we're seeking experienced retired HVAC technicians and facility managers to join our team in a mentoring and advisory role. Role Overview:k We're looking for 3-5 retired professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise. You will support and train our junior technicians and help provide expert guidance to our customers. Responsibilities: Advise and mentor junior HVAC and facility maintenance technicians Share best practices and real-world knowledge to strengthen our team's capabilities Provide consultative support to customers and project teams Contribute to training material and documentation (optional) Work Arrangement: Flexible scheduling Remote work is possible Preference for at least some team members who can occasionally work on-site at our Westborough office Qualifications: Retired or semi-retired HVAC technician or facility manager 20+ years of field experience in commercial or industrial settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing This is a great opportunity to stay engaged in the industry, make a real impact, and enjoy a flexible work setup.
