Qualifications and responsibilities for this Master Electrician position include: Must hold an active E1 Master Electrician License in Connecticut Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical work, preferably with solar PV systems Conduct pre-construction site walks with the Sales team to assess feasibility, electrical infrastructure, and layout challenges Support project planning and mobilization, ensuring scopes, materials, and protocols are deployment-ready Review and validate electrical designs and interconnection plans, supporting project quality and code compliance Conduct field oversight, including site visits, inspections, and RFIs, ensuring best practices and project progression Assist with system commissioning, including inverter programming and functional testing Perform or oversee O&M duties, including diagnosing system issues, corrective maintenance, and documentation Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Master Electrician position include:
