We're looking for exceptional Licensed Service Plumbers (Journeyman) who can deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experience in residential plumbing repair and installation. We want employees who want to be part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competencies and ensure the desired sales metrics. Location :

What You'll Do Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures Provide 5-Star Service Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals Mentor and guide apprentices to foster their skills Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business What We Need Valid Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing license Friendly attitude Ability to work well in a team Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Excellent customer service skills Alignment with our company's faith and freedom-based values Additional Requirements Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & motor vehicle check Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ready to join a team that makes a difference?
