Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum and other metals (such as steel or stainless steel) according to project specifications.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to determine welding requirements.
  
  
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting amperage, voltage, and gas flow for optimal results on aluminum.
  
  
• Prepare, cut, and fit metal components for welding, ensuring proper alignment and gap tolerance.
  
  
• Grind, sand, and polish welds to achieve a smooth, clean, and visually appealing finish suitable for high-end architectural products.
  
  
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and project specifications.
  
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by adhering to all safety protocols.
  
  
• Collaborate with other fabricators, painters, and assemblers to ensure a seamless production workflow.
