MIG Welder- Weekend Shift

Nesco Resource is hiring an Entry-Level MIG Welder to join our weekend shift team! This is a great opportunity to start your welding career with a leading company in the fabricated metal products industry. We are looking for dependable individuals ready to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general metal fabrication tasks

• Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal products

• Prepare materials for the production process

• Read and follow basic blueprints and welding instructions

• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy

• Follow daily maintenance and safety procedures

• Keep work area clean and safe at all times

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Some MIG welding experience or training preferred

• Ability to read basic blueprints and take measurements

• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures

• Good work ethic and a team-player attitude

• Must be available to work weekend shift hours
