Lead Carpenter
Minimum 8 years full time experience or the equivalent.
Colorado Home Remodeling has an immediate need for a Lead Finish Carpenter. We have a sizable team/network covering many trades and need to add a site manger lead carpenter on a part-time contract basis.
This position is Contract and will be over 1000 hours per year or more, for the right contractor. Structural Framing experience on dynamic residential renovations is a plus however finish carpentry is the focus of this Position.
Requirements:
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. (felonies) are not automatic disqualifications.
Own very reliable transportation.
Your own hand tools, power tools (although we are happy to share some of our equipment for the right candidate),
Reliability/Dependability and communication are the most critical skills. We are very flexible on days off and appointments needed after someone has proven themselves to be dependable in the first 225 hours of work.
Two References.
A high proportion of our work is predictable. Basement Finishes, Complete interior remodels, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, and all the associated Finish carpentry skills that come with that, Rough Frame, , trim, doors, windows, cabinets, and general remodeling management experience, and more.
Ability and experience to manage 0-4 other people at one time depending on the day, and the ability to work closely with an assistant/laborer that we can tailor to your needs on a monthly basis.
