Welder**
**Job Description**
Join a fast-paced, production-oriented environment where you will perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel. Using weld fixtures and symbols, you will consistently complete units in a set timeframe, averaging 2,000-2,500 welds per day. This role requires precision and consistency in cosmetic welding.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using weld fixtures and symbols.
+ Load and unload metal onto fixtures and pass units along the production line.
+ Ensure consistent quality in cosmetic welding.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals measured by the weld cell.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret weld symbols.
+ Capability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
+ Good memorization skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in production welding is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
