Heavy Equipment Operator Openings Starting at $28/HR!**

**Job Description**

This role requires operating various construction equipment at a designated site from Monday to Friday, arriving by 5:30AM. The work schedule includes 10-hour shifts, with optional overtime available on Saturdays for 8-10 hours.

If you do not have certifications, but still the commercial experience, you are still eligible for the general laborer paying **$23/hr, $24 if you are bilingual or have OSHA 10.**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and manage equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, and front-end loaders.

+ Ensure safe operation around cranes, pedestrians, and within tight spaces.

+ Maintain equipment and ensure functionality within stair towers and similar environments.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3+ years' experience in operating construction equipment.

+ Experience with motors graders and/or skid steers

+ **MUST HAVE** Certifications related to equipment operation, regardless of expiration status.

+ Comfortable operating in various conditions and projects that require precision.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Possession of a CDL Class A and a valid Med Card.

+ A high level of patience and reliability.

+ Experience in projects that require careful maneuvering rather than open spaces.

**Work Environment**

Work is conducted at a site with potential exposure to tight spaces and stair towers. The environment demands precision and careful operation of equipment. The dress code and other conditions are not specified.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
