Welder**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Welder in a dynamic steel fabrication shop. You will be responsible for welding, building, fitting, and cutting steel into structures for various projects, including bridges, dams, buildings, and other core equipment. You will also measure, cut, and weld steel to precise specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform flux core welding.
+ Weld and fabricate steel or metal.
+ Work with structural steel or beams.
+ Read and work off fabrication/shop blueprints.
+ Follow specific measurements and AWS weld symbols.
+ Fit and weld steel beams and parts.
+ Conduct arc welding and back gauging.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-4+ years performing flux core welding.
+ 1-4 years experience in welding and fabricating steel or metal.
+ 1-4+ years experience working with structural steel or beams.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow specific measurements.
+ 1-4 years experience in arc welding and back gauging.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience welding on stainless, mild, or carbon steel.
+ Ability to fit and weld steel beams and parts.
+ Proficiency in following AWS weld symbols.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
