Maintenance Supervisor

Delaware North Travel is searching for a part-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Airport in Richmond, Virginia. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. • Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment
• Perform carpentry, painting, and track operations
• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition
• Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs
• Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory position
• Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties
• Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
• Must possess a valid drivers license
• No college degree required

• Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
• Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
