What You’ll Do:Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, material, and equipment breakdowns
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to determine complete scope of work
Manage preconstruction efforts and coordinate closely with internal teams, architects, and subcontractors
Solicit and evaluate vendor pricing and subcontractor proposals
Maintain cost history, pricing data, and supporting documentation for future project planning
Provide value engineering suggestions and alternatives to drive project efficiency
Participate in bid strategies and maintain strong knowledge of current market conditions

What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably involving concrete, earthwork, or institutional/public projects
Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, materials, and cost structures
Proficiency in estimating tools and software (Excel, Bluebeam, OST, or similar)
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple estimates under deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred, but not required with sufficient experience
