Project Manager**
**Pay $39-49/hour (based on experience)**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the scheduling and management of projects. This role requires maintaining project timelines and budgets, keeping customers informed, and building strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.
**Responsibilities**
+ Compile and resolve punch list items.
+ Perform final walk-through with customers.
+ Secure a signed Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customers.
+ Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
+ Provide project updates and daily narratives to customers and clients.
+ Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
+ Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements.
+ Document all project activities in the job file in WC 2.0.
+ Execute change orders.
+ Set expectations on a project-by-project basis.
+ Maintain quality standards through site inspections.
+ Evaluate and rate all vendors and subcontractors.
+ Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
+ Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased.
+ Ensure subcontractors complete work according to purchase orders.
+ Validate schedule and progress.
+ Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work.
+ Familiarity with and execution of all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor skills in construction and carpentry.
+ Experience in remediation construction and demolition.
+ Superb customer service track record.
+ Effective written and oral communication.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Preferred experience in restoration and/or construction.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
+ Exposure to various physical activities such as standing for long periods, driving, sitting, and climbing.

The work environment involves walking and standing throughout the day, frequent driving and sitting, and occasional exposure to extreme conditions such as heat. Noise levels at job sites can be loud.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
