2nd Shift Welding Supervisor
**Location:** Plymouth, MN
**Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire
**Schedule:** MondayFriday, 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift for 30 Days)
**About the Role**
Were hiring a hands-on Welding Supervisor to lead a team of 78 welders on the 2nd shift. This role involves TIG welding stainless steel connectors for HVAC and LPH NH3 systems75% of your time will be spent welding complex pieces ranging from " to 20" in diameter and up to 20' in length. Please do not apply if you are not a welder.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and support a team of 78 welders
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel connectors
+ Inspect and ensure quality of welds across the team
+ Adapt leadership style to support diverse personalities
**What You Bring**
+ 5+ years of TIG welding experience
+ 3+ years in a leadership role
+ Experience in a manufacturing weld shop
+ Strong communication and team leadership skills
+ Willingness to train on 1st shift for 30 days

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
