**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled electrician to perform electrical work for an apartment complex located in Norwalk, CT. The role requires expertise in managing electrical systems and ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within the apartment complex.

+ Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.

+ Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical issues.

+ Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in electrical systems and operations.

+ Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.

+ Strong problem-solving skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Certification in electrical work is a plus.

+ Previous experience in residential electrical systems is advantageous.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Norwalk, Connecticut.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr.
