Senior Project Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll manage teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring quality and safety every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Run large-scale projects ($30M+) from start to finish

• Lead internal teams and subcontractors

• Handle scheduling, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking

• Serve as main point of contact for owners, architects, and partners

• Mentor junior staff and support overall project execution

Requirements:

• 8+ years of PM experience with commercial GCs

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Comfortable with schedules, budgets, and construction software

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or similar preferred
