We're looking for a welder with hands-on fabrication and welding experience who's ready to take on exciting, real-world projects. If you're confident reading blues, laying out materials, and delivering strong, clean weldsthis is the job for you.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do:
Fabricate and weld filtration systems, pipe, and structuralponents from blues and work orders
Interpret and AWS welding symbols with precision
Perform GMAW and FCAW welding using proper wire, shielding gases, and arc balance settings
Operate cutting torches, stud welders, and overhead cranes
Ensure top-notch quality while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate and lead by exampleyou may even help train fellow team members
Support leadership in maintaining safety, quality, and production excellence
Submit work orders and reports accurately and timely
What You Bring:
2+ years of weldingfabrication experience
AWS 1G Unlimited Thickness or ASTM Section 9 Certification
Proficiency in reading blues, BOMs, and ECNs
Familiarity with preheat and welding equipment operation
Strong initiative and urgency to solve problems and deliver quality
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-moving environment
Computer literacy preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
