Are you a skilled and dependable maintenance professional looking to grow with a fast-paced and expanding property management company? Were hiring a Handyman/Maintenance technician to support our residential properties throughout the Portland metro area.

What Were Looking For
We welcome candidates with at least 1 years of hands-on handyman or general maintenance experience, including one or more of the following specialties:

Interior Maintenance Skills:

Light plumbing (e.g., fixture replacements, leaks)

Light electrical (e.g., outlets, switches, lighting)

Landscaping

General Repairs, household carpentry, handyman construction works

Apartment turnovers

OR

Exterior Maintenance Skills, roof cleaning, lawn mowing

Whether youre a seasoned technician or an entry-level maintenance worker with a strong foundation, we have multiple positions tailored to different experience levels.

Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day repairs and maintenance on both interior and exterior property structures

Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and fellow team members

Troubleshoot problems efficiently and provide practical repair solutions

Maintain an organized workflow while managing multiple tasks across job sites
