WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will review and prepare shop drawings, then assign production workflowswhether cutting, welding, or labeling. Youll ensure that the team is well?trained, motivated, and operating safely; maintain clean, organized workstations using lean systems like 5S; manage production schedules, quality checks, and materials; troubleshoot issues in real time; and collaborate closely with engineers and quality control teams to deliver accurate, on?spec steel components efficiently.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$48+/HR DOE
Shift: 6 AM to 2 PM or 3 PM
Guaranteed 40 Hours a Week

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
10 Years of Experience in Steel Fabrication
Read and Create Fabrication Drawings
Pass Background Check
Pass a UA Drug Test
Hold a Valid Drivers License
