**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join a small family-owned company that specializes in subcontracting finish carpentry for commercial projects. The work involves new construction for multi-family residences and potentially a new apartment complex in Sussex.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform finish carpentry tasks on commercial projects.

+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

+ Measure accurately using a tape measure.

+ Install hardware and perform trim work.

+ Work with cabinetry, kitchen, and bathroom remodels.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in the construction field, specifically in carpentry, cabinetry, trim, or finish work.

+ Proficient in using hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read a tape measure.

+ Experience with hardware installation.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in blueprint reading is advantageous.

+ Familiarity with steel stud construction is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
