Welder**
**Job Description**
This role involves building products specifically designed for the demanding conditions of the fertilizer industry, including blenders, mixers, bucket elevators, conveyors, and rotary drums.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform stainless steel MIG welding to construct custom fertilizer bins.
+ Conduct MIG welding on stainless sheets of steel and other custom welds.
+ Work in the tank bay reading blueprints and MIG weld 1/16" to 1/4" gauge mild and stainless steel pipes, sheet metal, plates, and channels using .035-.045 diameter fluxcore hardwire welding equipment.
+ Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
+ Engage in custom welding, distinct from production shop tasks.
+ Navigate around tanks and work down and around products.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in welding, specifically MIG and steel welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Capability to lift 50+ pounds.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Welding certification or diploma.
+ Experience in MIG welding.
