Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Mechanic in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will be responsible for performing preventative and routine maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, gear boxes, water pumps, compressors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting unique machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gear boxes, water pumps, compressors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
+ Investigate and diagnose issues with equipment to minimize downtime.
+ Learn and adapt to the unique machinery in the plant.
+ Collaborate effectively with a team to ensure equipment functionality.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with electrical systems and maintenance.
+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
+ Skills in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair using PLCs.
+ Knowledge of Allen-Bradley systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ PLC troubleshooting experience.
+ Plumbing and welding experience is a plus.
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
+ Documentation experience.

**Work Environment**
The position operates from 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional on-call duty for the second shift. You will be part of a three-member team. Please note that the facility does not have air conditioning.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
