Job Title: Industrial Painter/Parts Preparation Technician

Location: Lebanon, PA 17046

Shift: 4-10 hour days (Monday-Thursday or Wednesday-Sunday)

Hourly Rate: $20-$22 per hour, plus $.75 shift differential

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing parts for coating, painting, and finishing processes. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure parts meet technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pressure Wash Parts: Remove oils, grease, and other contaminants from parts to ensure a clean surface for painting or coating.

• Mask Parts: Use covers or tape to mask off areas that should not be painted or coated.

• Abrasive Blast Parts: Prepare surfaces by abrasive blasting to meet coating anchor profile requirements.

• Prime/Paint Parts: Follow detailed drawings and engineering specifications to prime and paint parts accurately.

• Adhere to Safety and Quality Standards: Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety procedures to ensure high-quality output and safe work practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in industrial painting, parts preparation, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, precision, and safety.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.

• Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 4-10 hour days (choose between Monday-Thursday or Wednesday-Sunday shifts).
