We'll expect you to:

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to produce quality drawings.
  • Make drawing edits based on mark ups from client and/or Engineers.
  • Create and/or modify base drawings.
  • Be relied on as productive team member and CAD user to work a typical set of project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to company or client standards.
  • Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Follow CAD standards and process Required Credentials.
  • This position requires proficiency in Bentley Software Open Buildings Designer (Connect Edition), Revit, Piping Modeling and Piping Layout, and not required but beneficial Plant3D Software.

Here's what you'll need

  • Ability to work well both independently and as a team
  • Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service
  • Experience with MS Office 365 (Email, Excel, Word), PDF editing (Acrobat and Bluebeam)
  • Experience using Navisworks or Revizto is also a plus

The base salary range for this position is $56,300.00 to $98,500.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
