What Youll Do:

As an Industrial Electrician, you'll be essential to daily operations by:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing motors, PLCs, HVAC, lighting, and more

• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical/equipment issues to minimize downtime

• Reading schematics, work orders, and manuals to perform high-quality work

• Supporting a proactive maintenance culture focused on safety and reliability

What Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience

• Completion of an 8,000-hour apprenticeship OR relevant technical degree

• Proficiency with AC/DC circuits (100V2300V), PLC programming and/or troubleshooting, VFDs/drives, and control systems

• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and digital control systems

• Ability to interpret blueprints and perform accurate calculations
