Temporary/Seasonal Farmworkers are needed in Caddo Parish from September 15, 2025, to December 15, 2025.

Job duties include: assist with the harvesting of the cotton using mechanical cotton harvesters, packing the truck with truck-load size modules of cotton delivered to the gin. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.

Exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing, pulling, sitting and walking. Frequent stooping, bending over and repetitive movements. Workers must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
