Qualifications and responsibilities for this S1 Licensed HVAC Technician position include: Must hold a valid S1 or D1 HVAC contractors license and EPA Certification Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience required Lead and oversee day-to-day layout, installation, and testing of HVAC systems in a controlled, in-house facility Experience with residential and light commercial systems, including vacuum recapture and oil burner service Comfortable collaborating with fabrication and racking teams for integrated project execution Ability to perform custom installs over 3-5 days and testing/retrofitting over 1-2 days Operate company-provided Ram 3500 for job-related tasks and personal use as necessary Strong communication skills for occasional client interactions and team schedule reviews Supervise and mentor junior technicians (D1s), with direct communication to company leadership Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
