What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
Leading architecture project teams in a collaborative studio setting
Managing design execution, documentation, and delivery using Revit
Mentoring junior architects and fostering talent growth
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout all phases
Preparing detailed project scopes, schedules, and specifications
Overseeing multi-sector projects, primarily in civic, academic, and healthcare markets
Traveling to project sites across the state of Georgia as needed
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
AIA license in Georgia or NCARB completion
Proficiency in Revit (no exceptions)
Stable, progressive work history in commercial or institutional architecture
Ability to travel to job sites
