Salary is between $100,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience) Responsibilities: Collaborate with Superintendents and Foremen to plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules. Define project objectives, establish policies, procedures, and performance standards in accordance with company guidelines and contract requirements. Facilitate clear communication with field leadership regarding work methods, challenges, and resolutions. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline project coordination and execution. Oversee on-site operations through effective leadership of Foremen, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Proactively identify and address critical issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Represent the company in client meetings, project reviews, and strategic planning sessions to align project execution with customer expectations. Manage the financial aspects of contracts, including cost tracking and billing, to safeguard company interests while fostering positive client relationships. Coordinate procurement of necessary materials and supplies to support project timelines and resource requirements. Interpret project plans, specifications, and contract terms for staff, field crews, and clients to ensure clarity and compliance. Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, budget status, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with Superintendents to allocate workforce resources effectively, assigning crews to project sites based on operational needs.
