Skilled Carpenter

• Perform all aspects of rough and finish carpentry, including framing, sheathing, siding, trim, and installation of doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, and other materials to install both structural and architectural components.
• Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools; ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition.
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship that meets company standards and project requirements.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and completion of required safety trainings.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and management to ensure that all required tasks remain on track to meet project deadlines.

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in rough and finish carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and follow construction drawings and layout lines.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, kneel, and perform hands-on construction tasks throughout the day.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
