Skilled Laborer**

**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team at a new plant in Florence, TX, where skilled laborers will be integral to concrete production. You will be responsible for various tasks around the plant, including working with hand and power tools to assemble structures, loading and unloading materials, and setting up equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and construction tasks.
+ Load and unload materials efficiently.
+ Assist in setting up equipment around the plant.
+ Participate in packing and assembly tasks.
+ Perform repetitive tasks involving bending, standing, and lifting.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to use measuring tools effectively.
+ General skills in production and construction.
+ Mechanical and packaging abilities.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
+ Previous experience in construction or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.

Safety is a priority, with steel-toed shoes and met guards required, and other PPE provided.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
