Concrete Finisher OR Laborer Location: Omaha Area Pay: $19-$30/hr Job Title: Concrete Finisher Job Description We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher with over three years of experience. This role primarily involves working on flatwork projects, including driveways and sidewalks. The successful candidate will have the ability to set forms and manage a pour alongside laborers. Work is primarily based in North Omaha, with standard working hours starting at 6 or 7 am and concluding around 4 to 5 pm. Responsibilities Perform concrete finishing on driveways and sidewalks. Set forms accurately and efficiently. Oversee and run concrete pours with the assistance of laborers. Ensure quality and precision in all flatwork projects. Essential Skills Expertise in concrete finishing with over three years of experience. Proficiency in using hand tools and rebar. Ability to handle concrete construction tasks, including pours, formwork, and setting concrete forms. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in reading and interpreting construction prints is an advantage. Work Environment The work is primarily outdoors in North Omaha, starting early in the morning and ending in the late afternoon.
