Job Details

The successful candidate may be offered a position in either the Compost Equipment Operator I, Compost Equipment Operator II, or the Senior Compost Equipment Operator classification. The range for the Compost Equipment Operator I is $22.86 - $27.44 per hour; for the Compost Equipment Operator II: $24.01 - $28.81 per hour; and for the Senior Compost Equipment Operator is $26.47 - $33.09 per hour.

As a Compost Equipment Operator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Team Plano and Texas Pure Products by handling deliveries, hauling materials, processing yard debris, overseeing composting operations, and maintaining the facilities. The position may be based at either our Plano, TX location (9901 Custer Rd, Plano, TX 75025) or our Melissa, TX location (3820 Sam Rayburn Highway (121), Melissa, TX 75454).

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No experience is needed; however, at least one (1) year of experience operating heavy equipment and vehicles is preferred.
• Licenses: Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver License prior to employment.
