General Purpose:
This is an hourly full time year-round position with benefits. Compensation is $20+ dependent on experience.
Work 4 days at 10 hour shifts and enjoy 3 days a week off!

The Transportation Foreman works directly with the Transportation Supervisor to run and operate the Transportation
Department and effectively lead employees on a daily basis. The department runs seven days a week throughout the
year.
This is a Full Time, Year Round position that offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision

This position will remain open until filled.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Assigns and schedules reservations for guests and homeowners needing our transportation services.
Communicate effectively with guests regarding resort information and concerns/problems.
Researching information, answering telephones, emailing, taking messages, developing spreadsheets,
straightening and organizing corporate files.
Dispatches drivers to scheduled routes and pick-ups via 2-way radios.
Train new drivers on department procedures and driving schedules, including pre-trip inspections.
Follow all DOT/FMCSA/CSP and PUC rules and regulations. Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reporting.
Maintain PUC and DOT licensing and scheduled filings. Update PUC licensing permits with management for all
PUC operating licenses. Maintain all existing requirements according to PUC license and DOT number pertaining
to rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Maintain database for driver files following expiration dates for DL, physicals, and permits.
Develop and maintain driver schedules on a bi-weekly basis.
Arrange schedules for reservations through LimoAnywhere software. Including guest billing for Purgatory "call and
demand service". Schedule shuttles for weddings and event transportation, homeowner pickups, airport
reservation, and more.
Provide accounting/billing support for transportation services.
Safely transport employees/guests in company vehicles.
Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and in good working order.
Fuel and wash vehicles when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Current state issued Driver's License with an acceptable driving record are required.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets Purgatory Resort insurance requirements.
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Some holidays and weekends required
Some overtime required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent Customer Service
Proficient with computers/computer software, Word and Excel Accounting programs
Email, telephones, 2-way radios and other office equipment.
Transportation/Logistics experience is a plus.
Mechanical/Vehicle Maintenance is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Three years of office/administrative experience. CDL Class B or Class A license with Passenger Endorsement
(P2). (Willing to train/reimburse the right applicant).
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing per CDL testing pool requirements under FMCSA regulations.
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
Must be able to make quick, sound decisions in potentially hazardous driving situations.
15% of the workday is spent driving vehicles, often in extreme and/or adverse weather conditions including extreme cold
and snow. 85% of the workday is spent in a normal office environment. Occasional exposure to non-harmful fumes,
odors, dusts, mists, and gasses. Potential hazards include but are not limited to: mechanical, electrical, and road hazards.
Lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling objects up to 50 pounds. Constantly operating vehicle controls when driving.
Constant use of near and far acuity, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision are essential to job performance.
