Other duties as assigned. What you'll need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of solid experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry in the areas of financial analysis, project management, construction, ethical practices, business operations, marketing, and business development. The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Projects, etc. Expert interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality. The minimum salary for the Senior Construction Project Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Construction Project Manager position is $165,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
