Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site Superintendent position include: Minimum 3 years of experience supervising construction projects OSHA 30-Hour certification required; EM 385-1-1 training preferred Proficiency in construction software like Procore Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and timelines Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Maintain accurate records including inspections, progress reports, and change orders Lead and motivate site crews while enforcing safety standards and PPE usage Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
