Licensed & Insured Handyman Needed - Short Project (Shelving & Counter (Bellingham) compensation: open to a fair price, please let me know your hourly and day rate. I'm hiring ASAP a licensed and insured handyman for a short project at my new retail store in downtown Bellingham. This work includes cutting and assembling plywood and 2x4 pieces for several shelving units and 3 front-of-store counters. The counters and shelves are custom-designed but intentionally basic and minimal no intricate joinery or complex styling required. Project details: Job will be approximately 2-3 days . Work with plywood and 2x4s ( materials provided ). All cuts will be onsite in an empty retail space. Mostly indoor work floors are new and must be protected. Includes cutting and assembling: Multiple shelving units 3 simple front counters I will be onsite and working alongside you on various other projects. I'll also be available as a second set of hands to hold pieces, help move items, load/unload, etc. As a small business owner trying to keep costs down, I'll handle lighter work such as screwing pieces together you handle the cuts and assist with assembly. Parking is paid on-street; cost will be covered . Precision and clean workmanship required. Requirements: Licensed and insured ( proof required before starting ). A receipt for payment is required. Experience with plywood and basic retail fixture construction preferred. Must bring your own tools for cutting and assembly. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
