Project Management
Project Manager: Lead planning, execution, and monitoring for the entire project, inclusive of Change, Training, and Communications; managed in Smartsheet trackers.
Change Manager: Drive stakeholder engagement, change planning, and training.
Objectives
Provide comprehensive project planning and execution oversight for all phases of the project.
Engage stakeholders across regions (APAC, EMEA, NAM, LATAM) with at least weekly touchpoints.
Deliver training and support for new packaging standards.
Ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes through hypercare.
Design and implement a new operating model (process, roles, RACI, KPIs).
Establish a data governance framework to track MOC/CPQ adherence.
Scope of Work
In Scope:
Project planning, tracking, and risk management using Smartsheet templates.
Stakeholder engagement via weekly core team meetings and integration into CCLO F-steer and E-steer Co forums.
Communication and change management planning and execution.
Operating model and data governance framework design.
Training development and delivery.
Documentation of business-led test scenarios in collaboration with IT.
Hypercare support post go-live.
Out of Scope:
Technical design of packaging standards.
Supplier negotiations or contractual changes.
