Clean & Green Building Maintenance Inc in Coquitlam, BC, is looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Landscaping Supervisor.

Conditions:
Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor (NOC 82031)
Full-Time, Permanent position, 30 hours/week
Hourly Wage: $36.60/hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
Vacation: 4% of gross salary
Ability to work on weekends or holidays according to the working schedule.

And the candidate will be expected to work at various sites in Greater Vancouver

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required
Minimum one year of experience as a landscape supervisor or as a landscape technician is required
Ability to lead a team and work in various weather conditions
Applicants from other provinces will also be considered
Language: English

Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping
Plan and schedule the maintenance materials and labour requirements for individual contracts
Organize the plant installations and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs, and hedges, and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
Establish daily/weekly work schedules and procedures
Communicate with clients regarding project timelines and expectations
Requisition supplies and materials
Maintain records of work schedules, expenses, and materials used
Training workers in job duties and following company policies
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
