Role Type: Full-time, On-Site

What Youll Be Doing:

+ Installing high-performance structured cabling systemsfiber optics, copper, and more

+ Keeping systems running smoothly with proactive maintenance and inspections

+ Troubleshooting like a prosolving connectivity issues and signal loss with confidence

+ Documenting your work like a champclear, accurate, and up-to-date

+ Staying sharp and safefollowing industry standards and safety protocols every step of the way

What You Bring to the Table:

+ 36 months of hands-on experience in structured cabling

+ A solid understanding of tools, cable types (Cat5, Cat6, fiber), and installation techniques

+ The ability to read blueprints and work independently or with a team

+ Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude

+ Physical readiness to lift, climb, and get the job done right

Bonus Points If You Know:

+ Cable trays, J-hooks, ladder racks, conduit, color codes, and wire management

+ How to pull, test, and terminate like a pro

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
